“Within a couple weeks of contracting the job, Diamond Flooring was on the job. The owner, Jamie Lupresto, and his crew of two arrived on time each day and remained industrious the entire time on site. Jamie is a perfectionist…in a good way. He double-checks his plans in advance and follows up to be sure his crew has performed properly. There was a minor problem in the process that required adding an extra step. We were informed of the glitch quickly and given options to select. In the end, the job was completed in good time (five days.) The crew cleaned up after each day and the resulting floor is truly a quality job. Most importantly, my wife is very happy.”
